Sounds simple enough, right? It is very helpful when you have got this firmly in your mind!
Our Golf Body Machine is comprised of the Upper and Lower aspects. The Lower (LBM) includes everything from the top of your head to the soles of your feet! This core ‘North South Polar Aspect’ enables and produces all the ‘Horizontal Motion’ … all the ‘Round & Round’.
If you know or recall our ‘555 Golf Balsa Airplane Concept’, you will grasp that this segment contains the ‘Airplane’s Big Rubber Band’. By winding up the tip of the propeller, you store potential energy. When timely, you toss, release or ‘Let It Go’. Voila! Flight!
The ‘Upper Body Machine’ (UBM) is comprised of your ‘Lever Assemblies … Shoulder Sockets, Upper Arms, Elbows, Forearms, Wrists and Hands’. The ‘Lever Triangles’ enable and produce all the ‘Vertical Motion’ … all the ‘Up & Down’.
Your 555 Team refers to the ‘Back & Up Component Motions’ as the Bend & Straighten aspect. The Primary Articulating Joints (PAJ – Shoulder Socket, Elbows and Wrists’) prepare and enable our work to be accomplished!
‘Brace Lever Bend & Straighten’ produces the ‘Lion’s Share Of the Sweet Spot Velocity’ and thus distance. Although often wrongly explained, the LBM is not the ‘Kingpin Velocity Component’. As in tennis, the ‘Lever Assemblies’ create the excitement and Kill Shots! From The Top Of Back & Up Swing’ (TOB – Swing Sequence #5) to the ‘Bottom Of Swing Arc’ (BOSA – SS #8) the efficient work happens. ‘Work Smart & Expect It’!
Pretty simple?
