We must very much control this ‘UBM’ major golf aspect or cooperative. The sibling aspect is, of course ‘The Lower Body Machine’ (LBM – Feet, Knees, Hips, Core Vertebral Column, Shoulders, Neck and Head’)
When Set-Up at either Address Ready or Impact Fix, ones ‘Lever Assembly Triangles’ (UBM) must be very ‘Quiet’ and nonmanipulative. You do not want overly active Shoulder Sockets, Elbows or Wrists’. (see ‘Primary Articulating Joints’ – PAJ) If this errant blight infects your golf swing, you shall be overly challenged in making on-line or on-target strikes. If you visualize your ball flight in your ‘Pre Shot Routine’, you might as well stop wasting your time and energy! ‘Probability Of Success’ (POS) shall just be a cancerous myth! If you are fortunate, it might just be a benign participation!
UBM PAJ movements directly bastardize ‘Club Face Aim and Clubhead Path’. Of course, so much for ‘Ball Flight Performance’. You and the 555 Team agree that the game is really about ‘A To B’ or relatively straight lines? Strive to see and feel them cooperatively evolve!
For those who suffer from ‘The More Is More’ quandary, soft tissue injury (STI) may be the punishment. When uninformed golfers make hard and radical or jerky hits, they cannot dodge the discomfort! Think about the ‘555 Golf’ saying, “I Drive As I Putt”. Interestingly, it is physically true except for the ‘Range Of Motion’ and ‘Applied Energy’.
