There are always conditions in all parts of life! There are always conditions in the golf swing. Happiness depends on accomplishing these specific conditions properly and repeatedly. Your ‘Set-Up Protocols’ for every strike is absolutely predictable. Done properly, so too will be the ‘Outcome’ of your ‘Process’.
Your ‘Lower Body Machine’ (LBM – Ankles, Knees, Hips, Abdomen or Trunk, Shoulders, Neck and Head) forms the ‘Body Core’. It must be ‘Three Dimensionally Stable’.
In this manner, having accomplished ‘Stability’, your ‘Lever Assemblies’ or ‘Upper Body Machine’ (UBM – Shoulder Sockets, Upper Arms, Elbows, Forearms, Wrists, Hands and the actual Golf Club) can perfume ‘Orbitally’ on the ‘Properly Inclined or Tilted Swing Plane’.
When this happens, your Clubhead Sweet Spot (Center Of Mass – COM) shall get back to the ‘Bottom Of Swing Arc’ (BOSA), which is where the ‘Ball’s Impact Point’ is located. (see Bottom Inside Cheek – BIC)
So, ‘Pivot Stability’, keeping your knees athletically flexed and your ‘Spinal Column Forward Inclined and adequately Aft Tilted’, will keep your ‘Human Crankshaft’ doing a predictable job. If your Head Is Stable (relatively fixed in space, so too will be your ‘Pivot Core’ and Clubhead Orbit. If you are focused on your ‘BIC’, you will sense any and all three-dimensional movement and thus accomplish ‘Stability’.
“What are any other conditions?” you ask. You should feel your Glutes (Butt Cheeks), Hamstrings and Quadriceps in ‘Tension’. Feel your ‘Tummy and Abdominal Muscles in tension or contracted. Your ‘Core Muscles’ should feel “Snug”.
When you trigger your ‘Sweeping Back & Up Swing’, these muscles should remain “Snug”! Loose or sloppy means unpredictable motions.
